No matter how technically and academically embellished the rhetoric, ability to superimpose the classroom over natural justice and common logic in Professors Umozurike and Sam Aluko's latest contribution to recent derisive Supreme Court ruling against the people of Akwa Ibom State and Niger Delta region need be circumscribed.

Secondly, none could pass the test of justice and lend no real solutions to current problems. And if no solutions, they are wasted efforts. Thirdly, they are a labyrinth of confusion, self-contradiction and in Professor Aluko's case, full of trivialities. As for Professor Umozurike, I refer him to learn from his intellectual and possibly legal superiors - Professor Sagay and Justice Atake.
